Information on the Implementation of Odd Semester Registration for the 2023/2024 Academic Year

To all students of the Ganesha University of Education, it is announced as follows:

The student registration period begins on the date 31 July to 16 August 2023.
Payment of Single Tuition Fee (BKT)/Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Odd semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year will be implemented from the date July 31 to August 16 in accordance with the established tariff.
Payments can be made through Bank BRI tellers at the nearest branch office, ATM, mobile banking, or internet banking using the BRIVA code (BRIVA code format:72376+NIM).
Students who are late paying BKT/UKT will be served a date from 21 to 22 August 2023 only at Bank BRI Singaraja branch and subject to fines in accordance with the BKT/UKT fine rates that have been set.
Students who were non-active in the previous semester must pay BKT/UKT along with fines according to the BKT/UKT acceptable rate in each study program.
For undergraduate Bidikmisi/KIP-K recipient students who are still studying beyond semester VI and Papua and 3T Affirmation Higher Education (ADik) students who are still studying beyond semester X, they are required to pay a UKT of Rp. 500,000, – (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah), payment is served until the date August 10, 2023.
For regular undergraduate program students still studying in semester VIII, UKT rates are charged according to their respective study programs.
Students who have made BKT/UKT payments and Bidikmisi/KIP-K Recipients as well as Papuan and 3T ADiks are required to carry out KRS preparation no later than 2 (two) hours after BKT/UKT payments. KRS preparation is done online at SIAk Undiksha through the websitehttps://sso.undiksha.ac.id, without activating at the faculty and having to consult online with the Academic Advisor (PA) starting on31 July to 16 August 2023.
Students who do not pay BKT/UKT by dateAugust 22, 2023 declared inactive.
Students can represent paying BKT / UKT, but the representative must bring the KTM he represents.
BKT/UKT payments should be made at the beginning of the registration period to avoid technical problems during the KRS filling period.
Lectures for Odd Semester Academic Year 2023/2024 effectively start date28 August to 29 December 2023 (Academic Calendar adjusts).
