To all students of the Ganesha University of Education, it is announced as follows.
- The student registration period starts from 1 to 12 August 2022.
- Payment of Single Tuition Fee (BKT)/Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for the Odd semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year will be carried out from 1 to 12 August 2022 according to a predetermined rate.
- Payments can be made through Bank BRI tellers at the nearest branch office, ATM, mobile banking, or internet banking using the BRIVA code (BRIVA code format:72376+NIM).
- Students who are late paying BKT/UKT will be served on 16 and 18 August 2022 only at the Bank BRI Singaraja branch and will be fined according to the determined BKT/UKT fine rate.
- Students who were non-active in the previous semester are required to pay BKT/UKT along with fines according to the BKT/UKT fine rate in each study program.
- For students receiving Bidikmisi Diploma III programs who are still studying beyond semester VI and Sl programs who are still studying in semester VIII are required to pay a UKT of Rp. 500.000,- (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
- For Papuan Higher Education Affirmation (ADik) students and 3T for undergraduate programs, all study programs that are still studying in semester X are required to pay a UKT of Rp. 500.000,- (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
- Students who have made BKT/UKT payments and Bidikmisi Recipients as well as ADik Papua and 3T are required to carry out KRS preparation no later than 2 (two) hours after paying BKT/UKT. KRS preparation is done online at SIAk Undiksha through the website https://sso.undiksha.ac.id, without activation at the faculty and must consult online with the Academic Advisor (PA) from 1 to 12 August 2022.
- Students who do not pay their BKT/UKT until 18 August 2022 are declared inactive.
- Students can represent paying BKT / UKT, but the representative must bring the KTM he represents.
- BKT/UKT payments should be made at the beginning of the registration period to avoid technical problems during the KRS filling period.
- Lectures for Odd Semester Academic Year 2022/2023 effectively start from 5 September to 30 December 2022
