To all students of Ganesha Education University, the following is announced:
- The student registration period begins on 5 s.d 16 February 2024.
- Payment of Single Tuition Fees (BKT)/Single Tuition Fees (UKT) for the Even Semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year will be carried out from the date 5 s.d 16 February 2024 by the established tariff.
- Payments can be made via BRI Bank tellers at the nearest branch office, ATM, mobile banking, or internet banking using the BRIVA code (format codes BRIVA: 72376+NIM).
- Students who are late paying BKT/UKT will be served a date19 s.d 20 February 2024 only at Bank BRI Singaraja branch and will be subject to fines per the BKT/UKT fine rates that have been determined.
- Students who were inactive in the previous semester must pay BKT/UKT along with fines according to the BKT/UKT fine rates for each study program.
- For students receiving the Bidikmisi/KIP-K undergraduate program who are still studying after semester VIII as well as students of Affirmation of Higher Education (ADik) Papua and 3T who are still studying after semester X, they are required to pay UKT of IDR. 500,000,- (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
- Regular undergraduate program students who are still studying after semester VIII are charged a UKT rate, the amount of which is by their respective study program.
- They are based on the Decree of the Chancellor of the Ganesha University of Education Number 549/UN48/KU/2024, January 25 2024 concerning the determination of UKT adjustments for the Medical Professional Education Study Program (0 credits) at the Faculty of Medicine. Medical Professional Education students who are waiting for UKMPPD, will be charged a UKT 1 rate of IDR. 500,000,-, UKT 2 of Rp. 1,000,000,-; UKT 3 and above is IDR. 5,000,000,-; and students who receive KIP-K are charged UKT 1.
- Students who have made BKT/UKT payments and Bidikmisi/KIP-K recipients as well as ADik Papua and 3T must carry out KRS preparation no later than 2 (two) hours after payment of BKT/UKT. The preparation of the KRS is done online at SIAk Undiksha via the website https://sso.undiksha.ac.id, without activating at the faculty and must consult online with the Academic Advisor (PA) starting on date5 s.d 16 February 2024.
- Students who do not pay BKT/UKT by dateFebruary 20, 2024 declared inactive.
- Students can represent paying BKT/UKT, but those representing must bring the KTM they represent.
- BKT/UKT payments should be made at the beginning of the registration period to avoid technical problems during the KRS filling period.
- Even Semester Lectures for the 2023/2024 Academic Year effectively start on 19 February – 12 July 2024.
