Information on the Heregistration for Even Semester Academic Year 2022/2023

With respect, here submitted the schedule for the Student Heregistration of the Even Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year as follows:

1. The student heregistration period starts on February 6 to 17, 2023.
2. Payment of the Tuition Fee for the even semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year is carried out from February 6 to 17, 2023, following the predetermined rates.
3. Payment can be made through the nearest BRI Bank office teller, ATM, mobile banking, or internet banking using the BRIVA code (BRlVA code format: 72376+NIM).
4. Students who are late in paying the Tuition Fee will be served on February 21-22, 2023, only at the BRI Bank Singaraja and are subject to a fine following the Tuition Fee acceptable rate determined.
5. Students who were inactive in the previous semester are required to pay the Tuition Fee along with fines following the Tuition Fee penalty rates in each study program.
6. For students receiving Bidikmisi in Diploma III programs who are still studying above semester VI and Bachelor programs who are still learning above semester VIII are required to pay UKT of Rp. 500,000, – (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
7. For Dikti Affirmation (ADik) Papua and 3T students for undergraduate programs for all study programs who are still studying above semester X are required to pay the Tuition Fee of Rp. 500,000, – (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah).
8. Students who have made the Tuition Fee payments, Bidikmisi, ADik Papua , and 3T recipients are required to prepare KRS no sooner than 2 (two) hours after the Tuition Fee payment. KRS preparation is done online at SIAk Undiksha through the page https://sso.undiksha.ac.id, without activating the faculty and must consult online with the Academic Advisor from February 6 to 17, 2023.
9. Students who do not pay the Tuition Fee until February 22, 2023, are declared inactive.
10. Students can be represented to pay the Tuition Fee, but the representative must bring the KTM they represent.
11. The Tuition Fee payments should be made at the beginning of the Heregistration period to avoid technical problems during the KRS filling period.
12. Even Semester Lectures for the 2022/2023 Academic Year effectively begin on March 6 to July 7, 2023.
