Singaraja- Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) conducted the Knowledge Test for participants of the in-position Profession Teacher Education or Pendidikan Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan (PPG-Daljab) Category II, 2022, on December 17 and 18, 2022. This exam went smoothly, and it received appreciation from the Supervisor.
The number of exam participants was 2,880 people consisting of 38 fields of study. These participants did not all participate in the PPG Daljab Category II program at Undiksha, but more from other universities. The exam implementation is divided into two sessions per day. In this case, Undiksha mobilized 48 supervisors.
This exam was conducted on a domicile-based basis. Participants did not come directly to Undiksha but followed online from their places with internet access. This exam was attended by Supervisors, namely Drs. I Wayan Sutama, M.Pd., and Dr.Bachtiar S.Bachri, M.Pd.
During the two days, in the evaluation session, Supervisor Bachtiar S. Bachri assessed that the exam went very well and was following the procedure and that there were no obstacles. The problems that arose were external problems from participants, such as being unable to be contacted and some participants having network difficulties. The problem has been immediately reported to the central committee. “Congratulations to the entire organizing committee at Undiksha who have managed to carry out the implementation of SOP well,” he said.
In addition, he also saw that the facilities provided by Undiksha were very feasible for implementing the national exam. Meanwhile, the Supervisor, I Wayan Sutama, also assessed the readiness of the Undiksha committee to face this exam was extraordinary. He hopes this good thing can continue to be improved and supported by an adaptive attitude towards changes in the exam implementation system. “Hopefully, Undiksha can always be adaptive, always check the changes that occur in the system, so that later there will be no obstacles,” he said.
Undiksha PPG Coordinator, Drs. I Gede Nurjaya, M.Pd., expressed his gratitude to the supervisors who supported the exam’s smooth running and ensured its implementation. He said that the performance results in this exam would be used as a guideline for implementing future exams and become a motivation to perform better.
In order to make this exam a success, previously, the Organizing Committee also made preparations and coordinated meetings with Supervisors. In particular, trials have also been carried out involving supervisors and participants. (hms)
