Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) launched an e-office system, on Friday (8/2/2019). This innovative breakthrough is an effort to improve service quality, especially in bureaucratic matters and budget efficiency. The reason is, that the correspondence process no longer uses paper. “With this, the paper procurement budget will automatically be reduced. Those who have already budgeted must be revised. “Paper is only for making archival letters,” stressed Undiksha Deputy Chancellor II, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., at the launch which took place in the Ganesha III Room of the Rectorate.
He further stated that this system had been designed when the Warek from Bonyoh Village, Kintamani District, Bangli had just taken office. The aim is also to ensure that various types of letters sent to employees are delivered. “Now everything is by system. “No one claimed not to have received the letter,” he said. This system is confirmed to be running as of 17 February 2019 based on the Chancellor’s Decree (SK). All employees are asked to follow, without exception. “The system has been prepared. It was further stated that apart from the e-office, the largest university in North Bali has implemented 24 systems based on the Chancellor’s Decree. Such as for personnel and performance data.
