- Work units/organizational units/institutions/companies whose function is to provide direct services to the community that cover the interests of the wider community, such as hospitals, community health centers, work units/organizational units/institutions/companies that provide telecommunications, electricity, drinking water, fire extinguishing services fire, security and order, banking, transportation, and the like, to regulate the assignment of employees/employees/workers on National Holidays, Collective Leave and Dispensation for Hindu Holy Holidays in Bali in 2024, under the provisions of statutory regulations.
- The implementation of Shared Leave reduces the annual leave rights of employees/employees/workers under the provisions of the laws and regulations that apply to each work unit/organizational unit/institution/company.
- Implementing Joint Leave for State Civil Apparatus is carried out per statutory provisions.
- Implementation of Shared Leave for private institutions/institutions is regulated by their respective leaders.
