Singaraja- The culture of mutual cooperation continues to be instilled in the academic community of Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha). This is seen as the essence of the birth of success in building an institution. Undiksha Chancellor, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd said this after the rally commemorating National Awakening Day (Harkitnas), Monday (20/5/2019).
Furthermore, the former Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Education (FIP) said that the culture of mutual cooperation had been implemented in the Undiksha environment. This has also been strengthened by the declaration of the Year of Togetherness in 2015 when he first served as the number one person on this campus of a thousand windows. “This has been implemented and has worked very well. “Institutional conduciveness can be maintained,” he explained.
It cannot be denied that from this culture, a series of ideals have been achieved. The most recent one received A accreditation for the institution. Previously, he also succeeded in establishing a Medical Faculty, for which permission was very difficult to obtain for an Education Personnel Educational Institution (LPTK). “This arises from the spirit of mutual cooperation. From togetherness,” he stressed.
It is hoped that this togetherness can continue to be fostered, including in facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0 which is a challenge. This also needs to be supported by the development of critical thinking, creativity, collaboration (cooperating with other parties), and communication, one of which is demonstrated in producing a decision. “With the spirit of mutual cooperation that is encouraged, this will be the glue that holds Indonesia together,” exclaimed the Chancellor from Nusa Dua, Badung Regency. What was said was also in line with what was echoed by the central government. “We hope that the entire Undiksha academic community and the general public can continue to carry it out,” he added.
