Singaraja- Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) successfully received four awards in the Diktiristek Award 2022 event organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (Diktiristek), Thursday night (15/12/2022).
The awards received by Undiksha were the gold winner of the Diktiristek Cooperation Award in the category of PTN-BLU Best IKU 6 Growth, the silver winner of the Diktiristek Cooperation Award in the category of PTN-BLU Best International Cooperation, and silver winner of the Institutional Award in the category of Best University for Implementing PKKM 2022 League 2. In addition, Undiksha also became the best in the Merdeka Student Exchange category as the university receiving the most students.
Undiksha Rector, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman jampel, M.Pd., said that this award was inseparable from the hard work of the academic community. This achievement is a representation of improvements made together in harmony towards implementing various programs that are expected to increase the university’s competitiveness. “This is all because of the togetherness and harmony we have built,” he said.
The rector, known as humble, invites Undiksha academic community to make this award a motivation and encouragement to work better and more optimally. “Of course, we want Undiksha to be better in the future. Therefore, strategic steps must be taken to succeed various programs, both from Undiksha and from the ministry. We have to be better,” he said.
Reporting from the youtube channel of the Directorate General of Diktiristek, Plt. Director General of Higher Education, Prof. Ir Nizam, M.Sc., DIC, Ph.D., IPU, ASEAN. Eng., said that the Diktiristek Award is a small form of appreciation to universities and partners for the cooperation built together. Through this opportunity, he invited the Undiksha academic community to always be together in transforming Higher Education towards the future of Higher Education, Higher Education that prepares superior human resources who are adaptive, innovative, creative, and of course, have noble character.
