Singaraja- The Covid-19 pandemic has not dampened the steps of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) to conduct the 2020 Selection of Achievement Student Selection (Pilrmapres).social distancing, the selection stages starting from registration to the presentation of the participants’ scientific papers are carried out via the network (Online). “The Pilmapres selection for the university level has been running,” explained Undiksha Deputy Chancellor III, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Suastra, M.Pd., Tuesday (19/5/2020).
Before continuing to the university level, the selection starts from the faculty level from March 9 to May 4, 2020. The best students are registered at the university level on May 4. This prestigious event was attended by 12 students, consisting of 8 undergraduate students and 4 diploma students. The best students took part in the university-level selection with the Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Ketut Sudiana, M.Kes from 5 to 18 May. As a result, the first rank for the undergraduate program was won by Dewa Gede Anom Artha Tanaya from the Sports Coaching Education Study Program, Faculty of Sports and Health. Putu Hady Suryanatha won the first rank at the diploma level from the D-3 English Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts. “This selection involves a special jury from Undiksha. We really appreciate having taken part in this program. Likewise with the committee. the university level winners will be announced on May 18, and then the best will be registered at the national level. We will build it again so that we are truly ready to compete,” said Suastra.
This Pilmapres aims to give appreciation to the best university students who are ready to become agents of change to build a better Indonesia.
