Employment Division is in-charge of carrying out the lecturers and staff.  While carry out their duties as referred to Article 34, Employment Division carries out the following functions:

1. Arrangement of formations and plans for the development of lecturer and staff.
2. Implementation of procurement affairs, appointments, ranks, and other mutations.
3. Implementation of lecturer and staff development afairs.
4. Implementation of disciplinary affairs and dismissal of lecturer and staff.
5. Implementation of employee administration affairs.

Employment Division consists of:

1. Lecturer Subdivision which is in-charge of carrying out the arrangement affairs of formation and development plan, procurement, appointment, rank, and other mutations, development, discipline, and dismissal, as well as administrative affairs of lecturers.
2. Staff Subdivision which is in-charge of carrying out the arrangement affairs of formations and plans for development, procurement, appointment, rank, and other mutations, development, discipline, and dismissal as well as administrative affairs for staff.
