Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held a Socialization and Workshop on Preparation of Employee Performance Targets (SKP) and Dissemination of Details of Tasks According to Undiksha’s Organization and Work Procedures (OTK) for 2023, Thursday (15/6/2023).
The activity which took place at the Aneka Hotel, Lovina was opened by the Head of the Finance and General Affairs Bureau Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd., who represented the Chancellor, accompanied by the Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau Drs. I Made Yasa, M.Pd. In her remarks, she said that the implementation of this activity was very important to follow up on regulations related to the management of Human Resources (HR), which are dynamic and often change. Therefore this workshop and socialization are to provide understanding to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Undiksha environment regarding the new regulations that apply.
In addition, it was also conveyed that the implementation of this activity was inseparable from the new Undiksha OTK in 2023. The OTK needed to be followed up by making details of new tasks as well and could be included in their respective work plans.
It is hoped that this activity can be followed well by all participants and can be understood so that the preparation of the SKP for all ASNs in Undiksha can be carried out properly because this will provide benefits for the future career development of ASNs
This activity presented speakers from the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Buleleng Regency I Gd Arya Rimbawa Giri, S.IP., M.Ap., as Head of PKAP and I Gusti Kade Ria Prisahatna, S.H., as HR Analyst of Expert Apparatus Young. In addition, it was also filled with explanations from the Undiksha Staffing Team, and the Head of the Undiksha Planning and Cooperation Bureau, Prof. Dr. Ketut Suma, M.S., and was attended by all functional officials of intermediate experts and functional young experts within Undiksha.
