Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) has made the Faculty of Education (FIP) a pilot project of the Zone of Integrity-Free Areas from Corruption-Free Clean Serving Areas (ZI WBK/WBBM). For this reason, the faculty with the characteristic white color received a review from the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek), Friday (12/5/2023).
This review was attended by the WBK/WBBM FIP ZI team and was accompanied by a university-level team. On this occasion, the team from the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Ferdy Fristyansjah said that the review was one of the stages carried out to see readiness as ZI WBK/WBBM. The review is carried out by relying on six integrity zone lever components, namely Change Management, Management Arrangement, HR Management System Management, Performance Accountability Strengthening, Supervision Strengthening, and Public Service Quality Improvement. The Result Component which is the target result of developing the Integrity Zone towards WBK/WBBM consists of the realization of a government that is clean and free from KKN and the realization of an increase in the quality of public services to the community. It is hoped that Undiksha’s FIP can fulfill all of these lever components and be able to become ZI WBK/WBBM and be able to provide an impact on other faculties as well as for the university.
Undiksha Deputy Chancellor for Academic and Cooperation, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I., who represented the Chancellor, expressed his appreciation for FIP’s hard work and commitment to becoming a pilot project for this integrity zone. He emphasized that the appointment of FIP by the University was based on various considerations. It is hoped that FIP can become a role model and have an impact on faculties and other work units.
Rasben Dantes further emphasized that this integrity zone is not only at the document and conceptual level. But the most important thing is being able to change the mindset of each individual which in turn will have an impact on the organization. It is hoped that through this review, FIP Undiksha will get the best results. He added, to become an integrity zone, it is not only limited to a one-time process but is a continuous process.
Meanwhile, the Dean of FIP Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Ketut Gading, M.Psi said that since being appointed as a university representative, his party immediately formed a team in accordance with the guidelines based on Permenpan-RB Number 90 of 2021.
