Singaraja- Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) lecturers at the University of Education of Ganesha (Undiksha) who are participating in basic training at the Jinengdalem Campus, Buleleng Regency do not only receive material in class. On Friday (31/1/2020) he also received state defense education. The activity presented trainers from the Tamtama Rindam IX/Udayana Candidate School.
The activity was enthusiastically attended by participants who were lecturers in various study programs. They not only listened to material about nationalism and their duties as servants of the state but also took part in marching activities, one of which was to train discipline and establish good social relations.
Chairman of the Committee, Prof. Dr. Ketut Suma, M.S., at the opening on 28 January 2020 explained that this training was attended by 40 civil servant lecturers, aimed at growing professionalism, building moral integrity, honesty, enthusiasm, and motivation for nationalism and nationality. This state defense training is considered one of the strategies. “This training is also to form a superior and responsible character,” he explained.
Chancellor of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd., who reviewed the implementation of the training, hoped that the participants would continue to improve their self-quality so that they would be more competitive and able to support the acceleration of university development. “I also want everyone to be able to pass this training,” he said. Delivered further, quality improvement is not only in the field of science that is occupied but also to develop other potentials that are important as provisions in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. “Technology and foreign languages must also be mastered,” he added.
