Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undikaha) held a socialization and workshop on the Draft Chancellor’s Regulations and Archive Guidelines, Monday (12/6/2023).
The activity was opened by the Head of the Bureau of General Affairs and Finance Undiksha Ni Luh Wayan Yasmiati, S.H., M.Pd. She who represented the Chancellor said it was very important for Undiksha to have management guidelines so that archive management could be carried out properly. Affirmed, the archive is the heart of an agency or institution. This is because archives can be used as material for accountability for each policy or activity carried out. In addition, it can also be used as material for decision-making.
In addition, in today’s digital era, Undiksha will also prepare a system for storing archives. This is intended so that archive storage is more structured and easy to search.
The activity, which lasted until June 14, 2023, presented 3 speakers from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) and was attended by the Chair of the Senate, Chairmen of Commissions I and II of the Undiksha Senate, Deans, Bureau Heads, Supervisory Board, and unit or section representative.
