Ganesha University of Education opens new student admissions for the credit transfer program for the 2023/2024 academic year, registration activities are ongoing July 15 – July 22, 2023through the sitehttps://penerimaan.undiksha.ac.id/alih-kredit. The complete schedule is as follows.
- Registration: 15 July 2023 to 22 July 2023
- Computer-Based Testing (CBT): 23 Juli 2023 s/d 24 Juli 2023
- Graduation Announcement: July 25, 2023
- Re-registration: 26 July 2023 to 31 July 2023
The Credit Transfer Program is an acknowledgment of the learning experience and graduation of courses that students have obtained from a tertiary institution. This program will be carried out by the CBT method test (Computer Based Testing). Important information for opening the program:
- Prospective Students who have passed will attend lectures with regular students.
- Special classes for credit transfer program students will be opened, if there are at least 10 students.
- Prospective students who graduate are not subject to SPK (Institutional Development Donations).
Registrant Requirements:
- Pay a registration fee of IDR 200,000, paid through a BRIVirtual Account at the nearest BRI Bank/ATM throughout Indonesia.
- Original Diploma 3 (D3) of the same type
- Fill out the identity form
- Upload a 4×6 size photo
- Upload a D3 legalized diploma or graduation certificate for those who haven’t graduated
- Legalized grade transcript (D3) or final Value List Quotation (KDN) for those who have not graduated
- Upload SKPI (not required)
- Upload a supervisor’s permission letter (not required)
- Upload the study program accreditation certificate (specifically for study programs outside UNDIKSHA)
- Upload a certificate of not being color blind (especially for Applied Chemistry (D4) & Electronic Systems Engineering Technology (D4))
- Fill in achievement data (not mandatory)
- Validate and Print Test Participant Cards
