Student Affairs and Public Relations Division has some tasks of carrying out services for fostering student interests, talents, and welfare, data management and alumni facilitation activities as well as public relations affairs. While carrying out their duties, the Student Affairs and Public Relations Division carries out the following functions:

1. Implementation of services for fostering student interests, talents, and reasoning.
2. Implementation of the administration of student activities.
3. Implementation of student welfare services.
4. Implementation of alumni activities facilitation.
5. Implementation of student and alumni data and information management.
6. Implementation of public relations affairs.

The Student Affairs and Public Relations Division consists of:

1. Interest, Talent, Reasoning, and Student Information Subdivision which has some tasks of providing interest, talent, and reasoning development services as well as student data and information management.
2. Welfare and Alumni Subdivision which has some tasks of student activities administration, student welfare services, alumni activities facilitation as well as managing alumni data and information.
3. Public Relations Subdivision which has some tasks of materials arrangement for coordination and implementation of public relations affairs.
