With respect, to the framework of implementing the Final Work Information System for D3, S1, S2, and S3 students, who are currently filling in data in the system. In this regard, we convey the following matters.
- Graduation registration which was originally planned for 9 to 27 October 2023 has been extended to 3 November 2023, and submission of the Nominative List of prospective graduates is no later than 6 November 2023 to the Academic and Statistics Section;
- Study Program Coordinators, Supervisors, and Examiners are asked to assist students in the Final Work Information System process, such as inputting grades, revisions, etc.;
- UPA ICT facilitates assistance if the Study Program Coordinator, Lecturers, and students experience difficulties in using the Final Work Information System;
- Please do not carry out the judicial process during the graduation registration extension period until November 3, 2023.
