Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) students are increasingly able to appear in national-level competitions. This time, Dimas Fadhilah Aprilian Santosa. This Management student from the Faculty of Economics succeeded in winning the best presentation in the essay competition held at Tanjungpura University, Pontianak, from 1 to 4 May 2019.
This fourth-semester student brought an essay entitled “DRAFT-TOURISM (Dragon Fruit Paradise Tourism) Strategy for Creating a Creative Industry by Increasing Selling Power and Utilizing Local Potential Through Dragon Fruit Diversification in Kalipait Village, Banyuwangi”. In this event, he was superior to nine other finalists who came from Brawijaya University, Yogyakarta State University, Bogor Agricultural Institute, Bandung College of Social Welfare, Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, North Sumatra University, and Tanjungpura University as the host.
The success of achieving this achievement made him proud because he could compete with prestigious universities. He also hopes that in the future more and more Undiksha students will achieve achievements at the international level. “Let’s prove that Undiksha is capable of competing in competitions both nationally and internationally,” he exclaimed.
