Singaraja- Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) continues to make efforts to improve quality. This is not only limited to the academic field but also personnel performance. Deputy Chancellor II Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., said this during a meeting with a number of departments under his supervision in the Ganesha II Rectorate Room, on Wednesday (3/7/2019).
The Deputy Chancellor from Bonyoh Village, Kintamani Bangli District emphasized that all employees, both those with State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and contract status, must be able to show the best performance. In fact, there must be innovation that can boost institutional growth. “I want there to be something new in the performance. “There must be more and more innovation that emerges,” he stressed.
Intensive communication, both internally and externally, is also deemed to be very necessary. There must be an attitude of mutual support and prioritizing professionalism. “This is not in my interests. But for institutions. Heads of departments must be able to assess the performance of their staff. “Communication must also be established intensively,” he said. He also wants ideas or performance innovations and programs to be submitted in the form of proposals and presented. “From time to time I will ask for program proposals. Therefore, prepare from the start,” he said. On the other hand, the former Dean of the Undiksha Faculty of Economics encouraged employees to undertake further studies, in the hope of gaining broader insight. “Education is important. You can take courses at Undiksha, whether in the Educational Administration or Computer Science Study Program. “This can support the quality of work,” he concluded. (hms)
