Singaraja- Cultural introduction to students from abroad who take part in the Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) program at the Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) continues. After attending the cooking class, they took part in Balinese arts training, in the form of dancing and singing, Tuesday (11/12/2019).
The exercise is filled by a special instructor. Located at the Undiksha Faculty of Languages and Arts, this student from the Netherlands looks very enthusiastic and enjoys learning. The Head of UPT Undiksha Language, Putu Ayu Prabawati Sudana, S.Pd., M.Hum., said that art practice was indeed one of the sweeteners for the BIPA program. “This is a form of introducing Balinese culture to them, besides participating in academic activities in class,” she explained.
Apart from dancing, previous students also learned how to make canang and Indonesian culinary cooking classes.
