Singaraja- The Undiksha Lab School held a Work Meeting (Raker) for the 2021 fiscal year at the Widyasthana Auditorium of the Undiksha Lab School, Saturday (07/03/2020). Chairperson of the Raker organizing committee who is also the Director of the Undiksha Lab School, Dr. Ida Bagus Made Astawa, M.Sc, conveyed that this meeting was to produce a work program plan that would be included in Undiksha’s Ministry of Institutional Budget Work Plan (RKA-KL).
Chairman of the Undiksha Foundation, Drs. Ketut Pudjawan, M.Pd., emphasized that a program design would be very good when it was formulated. “All the programs produced are not just a guideline, but as a spirit or reference for future activities,” he said. On that occasion, he also introduced the board of directors of the foundation, namely the Secretary, Dr. Gde Artawan, M.Pd., Treasurer, Luh Putu Putrini Mahadewi, S.Pd., M.S., Director of Lab School, Dr. Ida Bagus Made Astawa, M.Sc., and Deputy Director of the Lab School, Dr. I Wayan Kertih, M.Pd.
This meeting was opened by Vice-Chancellor II Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd. He appreciated the development of the Lab School. However, schools that have historical records and achievements are expected to continue to improve quality. In addition, this academic from Kintamani, Bangli also brought a message from the Rector of Undiksha for the meeting participants, namely (1) with the Undiksha Foundation Management and Directors and new staff, the Lab School is an inseparable part of Undiksha, (2) the Lab School in the future is oriented produce intelligent people who excel and have superior values and have the motivation to excel and (3) gradually open superior classes/international classes. “I want these three things to happen,” he said. He also hopes that the Management of the Undiksha Foundation and its new ranks will always be present in the midst of school members towards prosperity and bring about better changes with the 3B principles of change, improvement, and achievement.
