The Development Coordination Meeting (Rakorbang) held by Undiksha at the Madu Sari Hotel, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Friday (7/12/2018) also discussed directions and policies for 2020. There were at least fifteen things that had to be realized. This was conveyed in the Chancellor’s presentation, Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd.
These Directions and Policies:
- Undiksha must be able to organize a conducive academic system.
- Undiksha must have a structured and integrated Tri Dharma Higher Education roadmap.
- Undiksha must have 75 percent of study programs accredited B and 25 percent A.
- Undiksha must have a mapping of employees and lecturers with appropriate hierarchy and expertise.
- Undiksha must be able to balance achievements in all departments/prodi.
- Undiksha must be able to build expertise groups, both monodisciplinary and multidisciplinary.
- Undiksha must be able to increase the number of publications of lecturers’ scientific articles in reputable international journals and also student achievements, both at local, regional, and international levels.
- Undiksha must also improve its webometric ranking.
- Undiksha must have superior study programs/departments.
- With the power of PK-BLU, Undiksha must stimulate the formation of production units or business centers.
- Undiksha must continue the construction of unfinished buildings in stages according to its priorities.
- Gradually Undiksha must improve the inventory of state assets/goods.
- The collaboration established by Undiksha, both with national and international institutions or universities, must provide benefits for the entire academic community.
- Undiksha must continue to develop information and communication technology that is able to improve university services and competitiveness.
- Undiksha must be able to become a home for foreign students (internationalization at home) in 2020. (hms)
