  1. Producing competent, professional and internationally competitive graduates with strong character based on Tri HitaKaranain hotel operating in general and Front Office, Housekeeping, Food Science, and Food and Beverages in particular.
  2. Conducting research in hotel operating and tourism.
  3. Undertaking social services in hotel industry and tourism.
  4. Producing quality human resources with the spirit of entrepreneurship in accommodation and culinary for the students.

Profile of Graduates

  1. Waiter
    Mastering the concept of theoretical basis; being skilled and professional in food and beverages; and being able to formulate the settlement of the procedural problem in food and beverages.
  2. Chef
    Mastering the concept of theoretical basis; being skilled and professional in food science; and being able to formulate the settlement of the procedural problem in food science.
  3. GRO (Guest Relation Officer)
    Mastering the concept of theoretical basis; being skilled and professional in Front Office department; and being able to formulate the settlement of the procedural problem in Front Office department.
  4. Hotel Administration
    Mastering the concept of theoretical basis; being skilled and professional in Hotel Administration; being able to formulate the settlement of the procedural problem in Hotel Administration.
