Academic, Student, Planning and Corporation Affairs

The Bureau of Academic, Student, Planning and Corporation Affairs ‘Biro Akademik, Kemahasiswaan, Perencanaan, dan Kerja Sama’ is responsible for the academic, student, alumni, planning and corporation affairs within Undiksha. Its functions are as follows:

  1. Giving education, research and social service
  2. Evaluating education, research, and social service
  3. Registering students and academic statistics
  4. Monitoring the students’ interests, talents, and prosperity.
  5. Managingdata and facilitating the alumnus’ activities
  6. Planning
  7. Coordinating and administeringcooperation.
  8. Dealing with public relation affairs

It is made up of:

  1. the Academic and Statistical Division
  2. the Division of Student and Public Relation Affairs
  3. the Planning and Cooperation Division
  4. Group of Functional Posts

The Division Academic and Statistic Affairsis responsible for evaluating education, research, social service, student registration and preparing academic statistics. When undertaking its responsibilities, its functions are as follows:

  1. Giving education, research and social service
  2. Evaluating education, research, and social service
  3. Registering students
  4. Preparing academic statistics
  5. Managing education, research, and social service facilities

It is made up of:

  1. The Subdivision of Academic and Evaluation Affairs; it evaluates the undertaking of education, research, and social service.
  2. The Subdivision of Registration and Statistic Affairs; it administers the admission of new students, registers students, processes data and prepares academic statistics.
  3. The Subdivision of Academic Facilities Affairs; it is responsible for managing the education, research and social service facilities.

The Division of Student and Public Relation Affairs; it is responsible for supervising the students’ talents and interests, managing data and facilitating the alumnus’ activities and social service. In undertaking its responsibilities, its functions are as follows:

  1. Monitoring the students’ talents, interests and reasoning
  2. Administering the students’ activities
  3. Dealing with the students’ welfare
  4. Facilitating the alumnus’ activities
  5. Managing data and information on the student and alumnus affairs.
  6. Dealing with the public relation affairs

It consists of:

  1. The Subdivision of the Students’ Interests, Talents and Information on Students’ Affairs; it is responsible for monitoring the students’ interests, talents and reasoning and managing the data and information on students.
  2. The Subdivision of Prosperity and Alumnus Affairs; it is responsible for administering the students’ activities.
  3. The Subdivision of Public RelationAffairs; it is responsible for preparing what is needed for coordinating and undertaking the public relation affairs.

The Division of Planning and Cooperation Affairs; it is responsible for planning, coordinating and administering cooperation affairs. In undertaking its responsibilities, its functions are:

  1. Planning the development of Undiksha
  2. Planning, programming, and budgeting
  3. Coordinating what is planned within Undiksha
  4. Controlling and evaluating the implementation of the plan, program and budget
  5. Coordinating and administrate cooperation.

It is made up of:

  1. The Subdivision of Programming and Budgeting Affairs; it is responsible for developing, planning, programming and coordinating the planning within Undiksha.
  2. The Subdivision of the Evaluation of Programming and Budgeting Affairs; it is responsible for controlling and evaluating the plan, program and budget, and preparing for the report.
  3. The Subdivision of Cooperation Affairs; it is responsible for preparing the material for coordinating and implementing the administration of cooperation affairs within

The Group of Functional Posts is made up of a number of functional posts; it is divided into different groups of functional posts based on fields of expertise or their activities. The types, responsibilities and levels of the functional posts are arranged based on the prevailing rules and regulations.
